I accept checks and money orders in United States Currency only. Checks are to made out to Carole Sussex. Items may be purchased on an installment basis set up at time of purchase. All custom orders require a 50% deposit before the order is started. Final payment is due upon completion and will include shipping costs. Checks will be deposited 10 days prior to shipping your order to allow time for your check to clear our bank. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
All room boxes are shipped and insured by UPS. Upon completion, shipping cost is determined by size, weight, packing charge and final destination. Customer will be notified of shipping charge and it will be added to the final payment.
If your purchase is damaged in shipment, please save the package and contact me immediately. At that time we will review the options. Please know that I want a happy and satisfied customer.
Should you purchase an accessory and are not satisfied, please contact me immediately. You may return any accessory for a refund (less shipping) within 14 days but only after you have notified me.
